Holly Springs, Georgia Speed Traps

Sixes Rd I-575 to the city limits at Marble Quarry Rd is a classic revenue generating speed trap. Sixes Rd is 4 lanes with hills. Limit set at 35 when it should be at least 45. Holly Springs cops catch people coasting down the hills. This road represents the southern border of the town so as a bonus most of the people ticketed are not Holly Springs citizens and therefore can’t take out their anger on the city council.

Local town jurisdiction present frequently late night from 11p-2a. Less frequently at other times. Not known to stop a vehicle unless 10 or more mph over the posted speed limit of 65mph.

Holly Springs uses radar and laser enforcement heavily in the area. Their newest additions to speed enforcement is Mustangs and AircraFort

This is in Harmony neighboorhood. They sit in the side roads with BLACK cars so you wont be able to see them! STOP at ALL stop signs ! and DONT speed

Holly Springs Police are uusing 575 as a revenue source. They hide at Bridge underpasses and center medium (bottom of hill) between Sixes road and Hwy 20 exit. The Holly Springs Police work both North bound and South bound traffic.

They have pulled sports cars over without determining speed… then issued reckless driving citations.
