Police Car is usually parked next to the old, white painted country church. You can’t see him until it’s too late as he is hidden by the church & trees. 45mph is the speed limit.

State Highway SR36 near As you leave the city where the limit changes from 45 to 55
local police patrolling from just outside jackson to the city. They will say you were doing 59 in a 45 evem after you are well past the 55 sign. The locals say it is a money scam.
