On I-185 N, 44 MM, Troup County, Georgia
As the Interstate curves towards the right, as soon as you go under the Overpass, and can see around it… There was a Deputy aiming his RADAR right at the vehicles coming towards him… As soon as the pack I was traveling with started slowing down… Deputy had start up his Troup County Sheriff’s Department Vehicle, making a U-Turn, entering onto the Interstate from the median… Once he had accelerated enough to be in my rearview mirror… The BLUE LIGHTS came on!!! So I signaled to pull over to the right emergency lane since I was the one that he had gotten behind… And the last one in the pack of eight vehicles that were going over the 70 MPH Speed Limit!!! Keep in mind that Georgia has additional penalties for SUPER SPEEDERS!!!

Speed is 45mph and is heavily patrolled from Interstate 85 off ramps North and South bound all the way thru downtown Lagrange…Patrolled by City Cops, Sheriffs Deputies and State Patrol….main hiding spot is right after you past the Calumet Center entrance to the Post Office

State trooper is waiting in median just behind a bridge. You cannot see the trooper until after you have crossed the bridge and it is too late.
