South Cobb Drive near Barclay Circle
After you pass Barclay Cir on your right traveling WSW on South Cobb Dr, there’s a shoulder that motorcycle cops and cruisers love to sit in and nail people going over the speed limit. It’s right near the entrance of Southern Polytech. It’s 45 mph, but traffic easily moves 55-65mph. Beware and go 45, it’s not worth the exorbitant fine.
Little Road near Powers ferry Road
Between Powers Ferry and Lower Roswell on Little Rd. They sit by the 4 way stop near the Princess townhomes usually on the bikes. Be careful it is 25 MPH. It is very easy to go 40 or more through here. It
E W Connector Street near North Metro Church
Many cars and motorcops or just one will sit at entrance to the church across the street from Village Green Subdivision.
Piedmont Avenue near Canton Road
This trap is on Piedmont, heading towards Canton Road. There is 2 schools in the area, that feed into Piedmont. The police are always there for the evening rush hour. They usually have two cars and a motorcycle cop at this location. One car is stationed with the radar and the other bike and car go after speeders.
Windy Hill Road near Circle 75 Circle
Officers Sit in the Country Inn Hotel/ Days Inn Parking lot, just at the bottom of the hill. As you are coming down the hill, it is just about impossible to see them for the trees. They love to lurk behind the trees and bushes with the radar. The officers are also very well known for pulling you over for the tint on your windows. Happens ALL the time.
