Oak Park, Georgia Speed Traps

we have a population of 480 with 10 police department employees yes 10. we have 5 police cars and a k9 unit equals 6. they wrote almost 500 citations in the month of march 2018. we barely have a mile on interstate 16 but they sit and wait. and on us 1 in the city limits of oak park. average of citations are from 380 to 500 give or take month. they get just enough supper speeders to claim more of there intake & clean ur tag or u will get a citation for that as well yes clean tag. very shady police and city department. racking up the money but small town sees none of it. nothing. zero. shaddddy. watch out they will get you.

Watch your speed through this corrupt little town. A few years back they only had one or two cops and an old car, but they stepped up on tickets, and now…all of a sudden, have many new cars and patrolmen. Hmmmm? US#1 was recently 4-laned around their town, but that has only increased the amount that they are out looking. Count on them 24-7. They are 1 mile north of I16 and a few miles south of it on US#1, and may be out on the interstate as well. They run K-Band radar speed detection.

THERE IS ONLY 7/10 OF A MILE THAT IS OAK PARK CITY LIMITS, THERE ARE 9 POLICE OFFICERS 5 PATROL CARS 1 K9 UNIT AS WELL FOR A CITY THAT DOES NOT EVEN HAVE A CAUTION LIGHT. 484 CITIZENS. MONEY RACKET FOR SURE. DIRTY TAG LIGHT MIGHT COST YOU $2000.00 AND A HEADLIGHT OUT AND IT HAD JUST BLEW $150 AND 1 MILE FROM HOUSE. O MY GOODNESS CORRUPT, YOU THINK.

The only part of Oak Park you see when traveling near the intersection of I – 16 and US – 1 are the city limit signs and police cars. The town has no businesses except the police.

Small community with no businesses. Highways do not go through this town with multiple police cars.
