As you round a corner near Lebanon Road on Sever Road, there is regularly a police officer parked near the top of the hill, right next to Jackson Elementary School, on the right hand side, headed eastbound(it is a right hand curve, so it is impossible to see him until it is too late). He parks in a small gravel patch on the side of the road and waits outside the car with a laser detector. I have seen him many times, and he has pulled over friends of mine for going maybe 48mph in what is a 40 mph zone there. Likewise, it is not an unreasonable speed limit, but just so you are aware.

Suwanee police car is parked in the median facing east. When traveling westbound on McGinnis Ferry Rd coming over the top of the hill before getting to Peachtree Industrial Blvd.,the police car is parked in the median clocking drivers as they are approaching them coming down the hill before them. The police do not show you the radar reading, and they are adding miles per hour to the ticket.
