monitoring all 3 lanes of west-bound traffic on H1 Freeway. All hours except AM peak period, 6am to 9am. Posted speed limit is only 50 mph. Laser detector is at right shoulder, just after negotiating right curve uphill on freeway. Exceeding ~57 mph is risky.

Just as you turn right from Kapahulu Ave. onto Kuhio Ave., be sure to stop fully if the light is red or if pedestrians are in the crosswalk. Officers are on foot on the right side of Kuhio Ave. They will flag you down and ticket you. Mainly in the early to late evenings.
