Towards the end of the month officers ticket cars going up the H1 Diamond Bound right after the 6th Ave. cutoff. It’s hard to see them until you come over the hill.

Heading East, the police are on the bottom of the hill on the right side after the light.

Kilauea Avenue near Between 11th and 12th Avenue

Officers hide in an alley facing the street at the bottom of Kilauea in Kaimuki on the Mauka side. The speed limit is 35, but is at the bottom of the hill after the 7 eleven, which is also where the HPD hang out. I have seen hundreds of people pulled over here.

Winam Avenue near Ho’olulu Road

I was driving home from work at 12:30 AM. There is a section of Winam Ave that crosses Ho’olulu Street where the speed limit is reduced to 15 MPH. I saw a poor sap being ticketed there in the middle of the night!
