they hang out right under the h3 freeway overpass, when its dark u can hardly see them because of the overpass shadow. coming from kaneohe heading to pali highway or waimanalo its usually a black chrysler, motorcycle police ect.on the right hand side in the middle of the overpass, i was going 45 on a 35 i didnt see them till i passed them. be very careful!
Interstate H-3 near Between Long and short tunnel on the Kaneohe side.
As you exit the H-3 tunnel Kaneohe bound the speed limit is 45 MPH. Expect cycles with radar just before the short tunnel down the hill. But radar guns could be near any of the Kaneohe Exits.

H-3 Expressway near 1st Short Tunnel
On H-3 freeway heading towards Kaneohe, after you come out of the long tunnel, and the freeway goes to the right, the speed trap was tucked inside the next small tunnel. Cop cannot be seen until it’s too late and speeders don’t have time to slow down before getting caught.

While traveling towards Kaneohe on H-3 Fwy, prior to reaching the Kam. Hwy exit. Motorcycle cops hangout under the overpass in the shade shooting laser at you. It’s directly after a curve and tough to spot them in time. Once they have your speed they usually just wave you to the side of the road before coming after you. They usually work in groups of 2 or 3.
