Waikiki Shell parking lot at Monsarrat and Paki Ave
HPD with speed gun at entrance to overflow parking lot and monitoring cars going up Monsarrat between zoo and Waikiki Shell. Usually see them once a week around 5:30pm.
The Honolulu Zoo Parking Lot
As you are turning left from Kuhio Ave. to Kapahulu Ave., don’t speed. There are often police officers pulled over in the Zoo parking lot, at the Malka end, waiting for you to speed by.
Kuhio Avenue
When making a right turn onto Kuhio Avenue from Kapahulu Avenue, be sure that when the light is red, you make a complete stop. Officers stand about 75 feet from Kapahulu Ave on Kuhio, waiting to nab you. Too many tickets been issued at this spot. Drivers Beware!

Saratoga Road near Kalia Road
When you turn right from Kalia Road on to Saratoga Road, be sure to come to a complete stop at the stop sign. There are usually two to three police officers standing on Saratoga Road, armed with flashlights, to flag down and tag motorists who do not come to a complete stop at the stop sign.

Kapiolani Park Road near tennis courts
Kapiolani park, near the tennis courts and across the street from the waikiki aquarium. Police usually are behind a parked car. Posted speed limits are 15 mph.
