Boise, Idaho Speed Traps
Americana And Latah
The top of Americana by the Cemetery two bike cops sit waiting for cars going too fast up the hill between the parks. They also like to sit on the bridge and catch people coasting down the hill toward the river from the top of Americana. Besides the point that 30mph is a joke along that whole part of downtown to the connector. What with the 2 lane divided roadways turning into 3 lane one way grids!! Man get it together!
Victory Rd between Vista and Federay Way
Motorcycle Officer will hide behind motel or in the tree area. Several older person complain about speeds and they come out. Its 25mph should be at least 35 mph. There is only houses on one side of street.
Franklin RD between Cole and Curtis
The motorcycle cops will sit there on the southside of the road because it goes from 35 to 30 without any warning
overland between Roosevelt and orchard
cops in cruisers like to hide behind the office building to the left of the reel theater its only 35 and easy to go over being a 2 lane long stretch of road
Hill Rd between 19th St. and 20th st.
There is an alleyway here where bike cops like to hide. So far the only way to notice him is when you turn left from Lancaster st. onto hill rd. Have noticed a cop there at least once a month.
