Boise, Idaho Speed Traps
Americana Boulevard near Latah Street
Going up/down Americana Blvd passing the two parks Albertsons Anne Morrison and as it rounds the corner turns to Emerald St passing Latah to the left if your headed up. The bike cops like to set up shop there at the top just 25 feet before the traffic light the sun sets in that direction and its hard to see them its especially bad in the evening commute.

Maple Grove Road near Victory Road
Turning south on Maple Grove from Victory, a police unit, car or sometimes motorcycle, sits in the Mormon Church parking lot behind the fence that faces north.

Gekeler Avenue near Boise Avenue
The speed limit is much lower than expected for a typical street that size, and the officer over-estimated my speed by 10 mph.

Coffey Street near Marigold Avenue
25 mph on a seldom used street (Coffey) between Chinden and Marigold. Usually a motorcycle officer in a side street with a radar device. Also watching the 4 way stop at the corner of Marigold and Coffey.

Victory Road near Cole Road
There is an Officer that sits on the north side of Victory Rd. early in the A.M., when it’s still dark, with his lights off. They sit in between Cole and Orchard where there are no buildings.
