Main Street headed East near 4th Ave South
Speeding ticket on Main street. 30 mph in a “School zone”. Normal school zone speed 25 mph. But in this case lowered to 15 mph due to the “Corona Virus”. Yet this being August no School was in session, going with flow of traffic no radar use, no car pacing, to determine speed. Just Police officer guess to determine speed.
School not visible from street no clear signage in use, ignored by locals.
