The aurora pigs like to sit in the parking lot of Indian Plains HS, in between the grass birm area of Gwendolyn Brooks elementary school, Gwendolyn brooks elementary school parking lot, intersection of Stonebridge Blvd and Indian Trail as well as the Stonebridge Country Club off of Stonebridge Blvd. They are NOT welcome in our community and need to GO!
Farnsworth Ave. West of Shffer Road
This is a tricky spot, especially coming down the bridge where the speed limit abruptly decreases. There is a hidden driveway where cops use radar.
On Inian Trail between Farnsworth and Eola Rd.
Everyone probably knows this one by now.
Edgelawn Dr. & Prarie St.
Aurora Police have been sitting on small side streets, Kingsway Dr. and Meyer Ct., just west of the intersection of Prarie St. and Edgelawn Dr. and radar enforcing the 30 MPH speed limit.
I-88 – Farnsworth Ave. to Rte. 59
Illinois State Police are now aggressively patrolling on motorcycles on I-88 from Farnsworth Ave. to Rte. 59, both eastbound and westbound. Favorite times seem to be in the morning hours, sometimes during rush hour, but more frequently just after rush hour times (9am and later). Best to use cruise or watch your speed.
