Police sit inside of road at night with all lights off, using radar. Usually one car for each direction of travel, especially holiday weekends.

The police either sit under Rt 20 which passes over the road or on the top of the hill to the north where you can barely see them but they can see you.
Many times they wait until the Chrysler Plant switches tours of duty and wait for speeders. The 40 mph speed limit is enforced very strictly when the police are there.
Stone Quarry Rd goes north on a hill over I 90 and then under Rt 20 and the limit just before you cross the hill over I90 says 40 mph so you better be slowing down from the unposted country road when you get to the top of that overpass.
