Cambria, Illinois Speed Traps

Speed limit through the town and OUTSIDE of incorporated town is 30mph. Police sit on a hill outside of town and "shoot" cars entering and leaving southern city limits area.

Officers also like to hide outside of Crab Orchard Lake area (backed into a small side road coming out of a "S" curve) where limit drops to 45mph just prior to Carterville Road. (Approximately three miles outside of Cambria city limits)

Anywhere in the town. Usually close to the gas station.
