Chicago Ridge, Illinois Speed Traps

During school days between 6-8am & 2-4pm, a CRPD squad car sits in the VFW parking lot aross the street from a grade school facing southwest. The speed limit during school days is 20 MPH, and they have been aggressively nailing drivers that are blowing through the school zone.

5 miles over the limit, and you’re toast…..

Driving East bound on 107th Street, awaiting in the baseball parking lot is a police vechicle pointing their radar at you. Once you hit the stop sign at 107th and Menard, you will be pulled over and ticketed a half a block down. Be careful I see people pulled over there all day long.

I live right on this corner of 103rd and Ridgeland, and the cops have been out FULL FORCE lately. Last night, I personally witnessed 7 cars get pulled over for speeding, and I have already seen 3 today!

Unmarked car loves to shakedown motorists around Ridgeland Av near 99th St. I constantly see a cop working the area around Chicago Ridge (Westfield) Mall constantly.

Ah, If you don’t know the area, good luck. CRPD sits everwhere and anywhere including the F.D., park districk and everones driveway. 20 MPH
