Crete Road near Richton Road
On Crete Road, between Richton Road and Exchange. There is an area where the Crete DPW dumps wood chips, etc. The cars like to sit near the trees and they are not easy to spot, even at night. They sometimes us an unmarked car that has none of the reflective markings on it.
