Fairview Heights Are known for setting Speed Traps at Winstanley Baptist Church/ Funeral burial entrance. also known for setting speed traps on Elks Lodge Parking lot off Old Lincoln Trail/ Route 161 near Lebanon Road.On Route 161 Fairview Heights Occasionally sit on Thomas Construction Parking lot next to Bobcat rental, Fairview Heights Bi- State Parking Lot, and at Construction Company next to Car Repair place on 161 if coming from Belleville Right hand side & If coming from French Village left hand side of 161 also set up traps at French Village Motel entrance on 161. On Old Lincoln Trail Fairview Heights are known for sitting either on Grant School Parking lot , Fairview Heights Park (minature park w/ restroom & swings on Old Lincoln Trail, are either on Church Parking lot across from park speed limit is 35 mph). On St Clair Avenue Fairview Heights set up radar on Business Parking Lot ( blue building) across from Car Wash located near French Village .
