(2lane country road) Police car is always southbound on Fairfield, always passes NB vehicle in question and makes a U turn then follows the NB vehicle for about a 1/2 mile, hits lights and guides the vehicle to safe side street, probably keeping officer’s safety in mind. (Holmes) on right side. This is a ritualistic speed trap. Tickets are always issued, no warnings, good revenue

Typical high growth, high income outskirts suburb. Transformation of long time rural 55 mph roads to lower speed. Relatively large police force with virtually no crime. There is no justification for force size without traffic stops.
