Police have a number of hiding places between Old Elm Rd. in Highland Park to Rt. 22 in Highwood–including the funeral home and strip mall parking lot and especially the old Hotel Moraine parking lot where they are very difficult to see. The Highwood police will give tickets for going only a small amount above the speed limit.
