The remaining officers will then go onto East drive and stay out of sight. The officer with the radar will hide behind trees and radar. Once he finds his offender, he radios the officers on East with the description of the vehicle and other information.

exactly 2 AM – they do group pull-overs right under the Forest Hills Road overpass. It was a Saturday night when I saw them do this, so they are probably looking for drunk drivers. They had 5 cars pulled over, one lane blocked off, and caution signs posted.
