Aggressive enforcement of 25 mph speed limit, especially for traffic entering westbound from Skokie into the lower speeds of Morton Grove. Officers drive with radar always on, snatching targets of opportunity at their greatest "over the limit" speed of travel. If you post a cash bond, you will forfeit 10% to Cook County for "handling charges" even if you win your case!

Lehigh Ave. between Dempster and Church/Berkwith, along railroad; stands in open but it’s too late to slow down when you see him; I see him every Saturday afternoon.

On Lincoln Avenue, about a block east of the Edens Expressway bridge there is an apartment building parking lot on the south side of the street. The police will park in that lot and watch both directions. They will also sometimes park in the front driveway of the apartment building, facing east.
