New Windsor, Illinois Speed Traps

This is a very small town with a one man police force. The speed is rabidly monitored with moving and stationary radar mainly in the afternoon and evening. Going East on RT 17 he sits by a large metal building on the south side of the road or in the field at the ball park across the road. He also occasionally sits on Main Street. If some one takes the ticket to court there is a 90 percent chance he will not show up for the court date .
