The Northbrook Police Station is on this road at the intersection of Walters and Landwher. A cop is usually parked in the parking lot inbetween the Lesiure Center and the temple Beth Shalom. The cop car is facing the street, and is not hidden, but because of the way the road works, it’s always too late to slow down. Sometimes the car is unmarked. Watch your speed between Pfingsten and Walters to Sanders and Walters.

Cop will face the Northbound traffic on Shermer Road from the Fire Station North of Techny Road. Speed limit goes from 40 to 30 within 200 feet.

This trap affects both east- and westbound traffic. The cop will stay far back in the Fire Station driveway to the point where you won’t notice from a quick glance. Watch your speed when crossing the tracks, he will nab you.

Police will hide in the industrial area across from the school, the high school parking lot, the east side after Techny behind bushes, and at the convenience store down the street, and anywhere in between. Mostly be careful during the evening and night. Enforcement will pick up during the summer. Pretty relaxed during the winter months.
