The Heights unmarked and marked units park in either the Shell gas station or at the Citgo in with the gas pumps. They not only radar, but will sit and stare at all vehicles passing by or stopped at the redlight for seatbelt checks. Tickets are issued constantly. If you don’t believe, try making it through the Berlin Wall yourself!
