As Gardner Expressway transitions from a 45 mph speed limit to a 30 mph speed limit you are given approximately 1 block to reduce speed. Not to bad as you are going up a small hill. Don’t get caught driving over the limit however, when you reach the 30 mph speed limit sign. Officers typically sit in the Convention Center parking lot or across the street at America’s Best Value Inn an shoot both ways as this is a major throughfare for the area.

Quincy police sit on Jackson facing east to catch cars on 24th St. I live off of South 24th and have seen a marked increase in police at that corner with people pulled over.
12th Street near South Park
Right where 12th St turns into Cherry Lane by South Park and there is an abrupt decrease in speed to 20 mph the cops will sit on South 12th and catch speeders.
