State Highway 116 near Grain Elevators
The county mounties patrol Roanoke daily after 7 pm, and one of their favorite spots is in the driveway for the Roanoke Elevator on the North side of town. They can kind of hide behind the sign and you can’t see them until it is too late. Also like to hide at the Subway, and also the car wash/Casey’s area as well.
