Sauk Village, Illinois Speed Traps

Police officer sits under rt 30 overpass and radars you as you pass going south sometimes north but more south speed limit on expressway is 55 but people are known for pushing 70-85mph

Entire town is a speeder’s nightmare. And not just speeding- expect to go to court to fight parking on the street on various garbage days, for headlights and taillights, etc. And, forget having any neon lights and such. If you are extremely kind and complient you may be let go, but that also depends what officer gets you. Watch out, state police frequently patrol this area and always issue tickets. P.S. They are always lounging near 7-11 (torrence ave, & sauk trail)
