At night the cop sits at the Summerfield post office. With no lights he’s hard to see until it’s too late

Officer sits at the intersection of Park and Main behind the Lions Club sign waiting for offenders to come into town off of Old Highway 50, which is 55mph, onto main, which is 30.

The Summerfield police will sit in marked cars along Main esp. on the north end of town. They’ll often park behind other parked vehicles and in a carport of one particular business.
