Small parking lot on east side of Happ just south of City Hall. Cop likes to wait there late at night blacked out with radar gun prepaired for instant on, you will have no warning he is there unless you have sharp eyes.

Winnetka cops and the winnetka village sucks. They make Willow a 25 zone, but nobody ever follows that, and at night they’ll get you- especially if you’re a teenager- for as little as 12mph over the limit. It’s entirely revenue-oriented, just like the good ol’ Winnetka village board.
