As you come through the light in the center of town headed north on market (Hwy 3) there is a hill and the speed limit changes from 20 to 30 mph and you are going down hill and pick up speed a lot quicker than you realize and the police set in the church parking lot at pleasant street with radar.

US Highway 403 near DOT station
Police like to sit in the DOT parking lot & radar traffic. Limit is 50, stay at or around 55 or below when passing the DOT station.
Occasionally they will move toward Charlestown to the crossroad at Bethany/Stoney Pt Rd, or a little farther up at the Mormon Church.
