Granger, Indiana Speed Traps

If you are heading north on Bittersweet (past Cleveland Road intersection) speed limit is 45 mph and drops to 35 mph right after you go over the toll road overpass. Police car can be in various locations (in the brush, in entrance to subidivision, on side streets… etc.)Trap is designed mostly to catch students on their way to and from Penn High School.

Police car sits in St. Pius Church parking lot mostly targeting north bound traffic on Fir Rd.

A county car sits in the driveway of Calvary Chapel Church. He gets most people as they come South bound over the Toll Road over pass and he has you in his radar before you can see him, but he also turns around or backs into the driveway and gets you from the other direction too.

Police like to sit on the side road off of Bittersweet behind a big tree where you can’t see him. 30mph speed limit. they will get you for 36+.

A flat/straight half-mile road posted 30 mph due to a Church, however, it flows 45-55 at all times Church is not in session. Great place to get 25-30 over ticket. Farmland on the East & only few homes on the west, makes this the perfect TRAP for Cops needing to meet their "illusive" quota.
