Sheriff sits on south side of W. 38th. St. in Apts. or condos entrance with radar gun and will stop you as you come around corner from Dandy Trail. Speed limit is 45 and as you come around that corner if you are going even 1 or 2 mile over that, he will stop you and give you a ticket. No warning, but a high priced speeding ticket for only 1 or 2 mile over the speed limit. So watch out!!!!

A carmel cop will hide behind this bridge pillar. Not visible at all before going under the bridge.

Watch for the unmarked Indiana State Police Mustangs (various colors) all around 465 and along I-70 . You won’t know they’re cops til you’re caught. I see them cruising more than sitting in one spot.
