Cops will sit in the west drive near Northside Middle School, the one that leads back to the teachers parking lot. I have seen them there several evenings.

State police will sit at a stop sign in roadway with lights OUT and write tickets. It is illegal for non police drivers to park in roadway with lights out. Why does the Delaware County court allow state police to break the law?
