Ridge Road near White Oak Avenue
A Munster police car will sit in the parking lot of Lansing Cleaners facing toward Highland and nail you as you drive by heading east on Ridge Road. There are nights I have seen 3 people pulled over in one night. The car will arive anytime between 7PM and 9PM. He will tail you into Highland and pull you over there.
Burlwood Drive near Burlwood Court
Burlwood Drive is a street in White Oak Estates in Munster, Indiana that is highly residential. It is the main street in this subdivision, and there being only 2 stopsigns on the long road, there are many places to speed. The most dangrous area is the slight turn while on the strip from Burlwood Drive & Main Street to Burlwood & Somerset Drive. On burlwood court (actually adjacent to Burlwood Drive) there is usually a squad car. Because Burlwood winds at that point, it will be too late before you can adjust your speed. The speed limit is 25 mph in ALL areas of this subdivision. If you are over this speed, you will not only get a speeding ticket, but mostly likely, another one for reckless driving. BE CAREFUL!
White Oak Avenue near White Oak park
They’ll sit in the parking lot of White Oak Park and when your comming from 45th ave. and go over the railroad tracks they’ll catch you that way. They also sit on the far side of the park parking lot and will try and get you from the back while you go over the track. there mostly using radar only saw lazar once from there.
Twin Creek Blvd. Circle near Where Popluar and Twin Creek Blvd, come to a T inthe road Street
When you come down Popular Ln. and come to the stop sign, he’ll will be to your left in the circle area, you can’t really see him right away, and he can get you for not a complete stop coming into the subdivision or when you are leaving you can not see him at all and he can get you for speeding, and by the time you see him it’s too late.
Harrison Avenue near St. Pauls Lutheran Church
A Munster Squad car sits in the South Parking lot of St. Pauls Lutheran Church. The office is obstructed from view by the hills of the parking lot. The office may be in the parking lot itself, or as of late, the Squad has been sitting in the middle driveway between the hills of the parking lot. Be careful in this area, as I have seen many people pulled over from this trap.
