Oakland City, Indiana Speed Traps

Both sides of town offer a long straight stretch of highway, on the East side the speed limit drops from 55 to 45 quickly and officers like to set up just at the edge of the city limit’s (which are actually out in the country) to snag speeders.
On the west side, coming in from the junction of state road 57 (and I-69) they like to set up shop at the city park .
All this in UN-marked cars of course !
