Rochester, Indiana Speed Traps

Cops park beside the Bloomin’ Corner on 9th street. They park on one side of the building so the westbound lane can’t see them sitting there. This is mainly at night, but sometimes in the morning. Heading westbound, the speed limit changes from 35 to 25 shortly before this trap.

State patrol will sit in the parking lot of the Truck Stop. Good visual of the highway yet unsuspecting to the traveler. At night it is impossible to see this. Just south of SR 14 and US 31.
