Mill Creek Parkway near Harts Mill Road

Clinton, IowaMar 21, 20080 Comments

This road is posted 45 mph. It is a outlining road within the corprate limits but away from city so most drive 55 or 60. The unit typically sits in one of three locations along a one mile strip between Harts Mill Road and 2nd Ave South. These locations are corn field access driveways that slope down away from the road. These can be clearly seen on google earth. They like to slip down just far enough to have the shoulder "cover" there profile but just enough to see you coming around the corner uphill from the north or cresting the top of the hill from the south. Local police and State Police have been seen on this road. Mostly in the mornings, but sometimes at night as well.

Bluff Boulevard near Glenwood Place

Officer will park in buisness lot just south of Glenwood Pl. with radar commonly facing north. Easy to get busted here because of visibility. You won’t see him until its too late.
