Munier Road near US Highway 100
the marion police will sit at the bottom of the hill right before you get to 100. the got me at 8:20 in the morning heading up the hill but didn’t actually pull me over until i got to the trailer court. i have also seen them sit there during evening rush hour.
East Post Road near Marion Bypass
From the 4-way intersection at Lakeside Dr to the bottom of East Post Rd at Hwy 100 (Marion bypass) Officers will sit on the southbound side completely blacked out, you cannot see them until you are almost to the bottom of the hill, and with it being 45mph now, it is quite easy for them to catch excessive speeders.
Marion Boulevard near Armar Drive
Officers will park in between cars at the Saterlee Motor Company. If you are not seasoned at remembering this, they will get you every time, if you dont know of this spot, you usually drive right by.
Marion Hwy 100 Bypass near Marion Boulevard
Officers will sit in the medians and do radar all over hwy 100. Now that Menards has its new location, you can find them sitting in the entrances to Menards and the little driveway accross the way as well.
Munier Road
Marion Police sit in the undeveloped area and trap you as you come up Munier Road coming off of the Marion Bypass. Sometimes they have a car sit right when you come off and as you speed up thinking you are past the trap, they have another interceptor sitting in an undeveloped field roughly 500 yards later where you cant see him at night.
