Coming into Vinton over the bridge, Benton County Sherrifs/VPD will sit between Edward Jones Mutal Funds & the Benton County Sherrifs office and catch people coming in over the bridge too fast.

Cops usually sit anywhere between the Vinton Aiport and the Cedar River. Have seen enforcement by Vinton police and Benton County Sheriff.
