Frontenac is looking to make a bundle on the enforcement of their new, arbitrarily low limits on Parkwiew drive which becomes Hiway 69 north. The entire stretch from the city limits at Atkinson on the south to the junction of Hiway 160, where the limit changes back to 65 mph is heavily patrolled and fastidiously enforced, with very little leniency and no humor at all. The same can be said for the stretch of 160 that runs from Hiway 69 east towards Missouri. Worse, there’s not an easy way to avoid this municipal revenue generating" area."
