Glade, Kansas Speed Traps

The sppedlimit in Glade drops from 65 to 40 as you cross the railroad tracks on the south edge of town. It is reduced due to the number of young people and the junction of K-9 and US 183 are in the middle of town. As you begin to go out of town and begin climbing the hill, the speed limit increases back up to 65. There is sufficient signs warning people to slow down along time before they ever enter into the 40 mph zone. Most common place to see a cop is at the junction of K-9 and US 183 on the southeast corner of the junction trying to decrease the number of accidents.
