Haven, Kansas Speed Traps

The speed limit outside of town is 65 m.p.h. drops down to 55m.p.h. coming into town from either the south side or north side of town. Then drops to 45m.p.h. and then right away to 35m.p.h. Just inside of the city limits. Local police will get you for 50 or 45 miles per hour in a 35 m.p.h. zone. They park Police cars on the side of road by bushes. So watch out I learned the hard way!

The speed signs bring you down from 65 to 30mph all the way through town, It is the outskirts of town and 30 seems Very slow. Police sit on the west side of the road behind bushes and buildings waiting to pounce.
