Hugoton, Kansas Speed Traps

coming into Hugoton on rt 51 from the east, police car sits just outside of town, near the police station, picking off mainly out of towners from wichita etc travelling through to New Mexico. The road outside of town is wide open, empty space farmland, no dwellings etc. the exact type of road that is easy to speed on. They wait outside of the town limits where most people would begin to slow down. They get you before that.
