Lenexa, Kansas Speed Traps

One is traveling uphill after a stop sign. Before the stop sign many people fail to notice the change of speed from 40 to 35 as you switch from Shawnee to Lenexa. At the top of the hill there is a street right before a church parking lot where many people leave their foot on the gas from moving uphill and get caught on the quick leveling out of the road. I see someone pulled over there everynight.

Traveling Either North or South on Pflumm Between College Blvd and I-435 underpass, Lenexa likes to sit and write tix. Careful ! 35 through there. Do it.

The speed limit on this section of W 83rd is only 25MPH. Cops like to park back a bit on Acuff Lane and watch both directions.

Don’t bother driving one mile above the speed limit(which varies between 25-35mph) or else you will find yourself with a ticket. Police will sit in cars just off Pflumm and out of sight.
