A marked cop sits in the entrance of an office complex located just south of I-435 on pflum. He or she tends to looks for people merging at high speeds where north-bound Pflum narrows to one lane. But more often, he or she looks for speeders who are on south-boud Pflum and are blinded by the supports on the three bridges.
