Richmond, Kansas Speed Traps

Two lane US 59 Highway runs north/south through eastern Kansas. The speed limit is 65 MPH, however through the town of Richmond (Population about 800) it drops to 45 MPH.

There is a restaurant/convenience store on the west side of the highway with a large sign that the local police officer likes to hide behind and catch people who do not slow down at the city limit.
