Speed limit changes 4 times within 1/4 mi. There is 250 ft between 35 and 45 mph sign. Speed limit changes from 55 to 45 to 30 to 20. Officers sit near the 35- 45 transition at the Phillips 66 gas station.

When you enter the downtown area from the east or west the speed drops to
20 mph. It is posted, but not very clearly. They can setup anywhere in the area and run speed checks.
