On the north edge of town on Highway 14 it’s not uncommon to see the police sit in the Sterling college parking lot. Within about a quarter/half mile of the city limits heading south the speed limit goes from 65 to 50 to 30mph.

they wait behind the gas station in town, and after they pull you over they try to frisk you, and check you for drugs.
